925 will be open for all athletes to bring a friend with them to class!
This will be an awesome way to check out what 925 is all about and enjoy a fun workout together. The workout is designed for beginners as well as advanced athletes in mind, so if you're looking to start getting into shape or you're an experienced athlete, you'll be challenged and get a chance to see why we love CrossFit so much!
Things to bring:
- Wear work-out clothes and be prepared to sweat :)
- Closed toed shoes are required (Reebok Nanos, Nike Metcons, Reebok Sprint TRs, New Balance Minimus, or Inov-8s are a great starting point, but not required!)
- Hydrate well and be sure to eat something an hour or two before class (early morning classes, greek yogurt or similar is suggested)
- Come prepared to have fun and learn something new!
