CrossFit workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. Our programming employs heavy lifting (powerlifting), fast and explosive Olympic lifts, high-intensity "cardio," like running and rowing, as well as bodyweight and gymnastic movements such as push-ups and ring dips, respectively.
